Acupressure To Relieve The Pain In Your Back

Acupressure is an extremely effective way of relieving pain in the back.

The pain usually arises from a small unnatural sudden move, bad posture, overloading your back or as a consequence of a previous injury.

In most cases the pain causes a reflexive contraction of certain muscles that reside besides the spine. This contraction then causes the contraction of the same or close by muscle group on the other side of the spine. If this persists long enough to cause muscle pain, it can all lead to a bad feedback loop that can cause a constant contraction of certain muscles and causes them to become sore.

This is where acupressure can help immensely because when you press on certain points on your body, they relax these muscles and give you almost instant pain relief.

Try the points shown in the video and you're guaranteed to feel some sort of relief.

Mind you, that some points can really hurt. Don't worry, this just means that they are exactly the points you should be stimulating.

The video will guide you through a 1 minute stimulation for each point. If you'r back hurts too much, you can ask someone to help you with the points you can't reach.

The back pain acupressure video is below:

Acupressure is very effective when you do it continuously. Hope you enjoyed the video and found all the relevant points to help you get rid of pain or at least gave you some relief. Most people that tried these points are raving about them and thanking us for making these videos.
