Important Acupressure Points - Acupressure Point #4: St 25 (Stomach 25)

Stomach 25 (St 25) is an important point to help you with your physical and psychological exhaustion. It is also an "Alarm Point" for your large intestine. If there's something really wrong with your intestine, this point tends to hurt very much upon putting pressure on it.

St 25  regulates intestines, spleen and stomach. It clears the dampness, heat and it regulates the energy in the heater point.

It will help you with constipation, abdominal pain - especially around the navel, diarrhoea, as well as with irregular menstruation.

Below you'll find a video of how to find this point and how to stimulate it. Do NOT stimulate this point during pregnancy. If you feel strong persistent pain during the stimulation of this acupressure point, visit a doctor.
